Address Responsibility & Returned Goods
We are not responsible for orders that are lost, missing, or have failed delivery due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address provided by the customer.
- Returned Order Process: If an order is returned to us due to a customer-provided address error (or lack of recipient), we will contact you.
- Reshipping Fee: To have the order resent, you will be required to pay a reshipping fee. This fee will be equal to the original shipping rate you selected ($7.99 for Standard or $12.99 for Express).
